This affirmation took me back and reminded me of the song "Welcome Back" by John Sebastian. It was written for the tv show "Welcome Back Kotter" The show welcomes the character Kotter back to the place where he grew up and where he had always dreamed of leaving. Also reminds me of a poem I wrote entitled "Inside Myself" to which I explain the importance of going inside yourself (your psychic/your mind/your emotions/your soul) to get back in touch with self and re-align.
