The Bills and Eagles played in a downpour and it rained on Minnesota Vikings QB Joshua Dobbs too, who threw his first four-interception game ever.

The Steelers had a positive WTF moment, as Terry details their 400-plus yards of offense snapping a streak that lasted over 58 games with a win over the Bengals.
