Three Focus on Fitness athletes from Waterford; Martin Kirwan from Kill, Jim O Brien from Gracedieu and Brian Jacob of Lismore Park set off on the 4th of August to cycle 2,300km around the coast of Ireland in just 11 days. This is no easy feat, especially with a total of 17,000 meters ascent. It's all in aid of Make-a-Wish. Martin spoke to Ollie and Mary on the final day of the challenge.
