WATCHALONG EPISODE - Wrestling Society X
As we fly through 2022, we reach number 3 of our monthly watchlong bonus episodes on those companies that may not get the full Better Call Creative treatment. March's offering is Wrestling Society X and specifically it's first episode's main event Rumble Match. Wrestling and MTV were a match made in paradise in the 80s, we all remember how Vince McMahon taped into the cultural revolution of MTV, but the roles were reversed in 2006, as it seemed that MTV were trying to squeeze something out of the Wrestling industry following a huge boom period. It's decision was to trial a 12 episode series of half hour shows, which featured a few quick matches and a live performance...it's outcome was WSX...and well the rest they say is history! Somebody really should have called creative here!
