Royal South Street Hour 2021 People's Choice Award - 12-year-old Chloe Walton performing her original 'Not an Ordinary Sister', plus radio interview.
Chloe is an aspiring and talented 12-year-old songwriter. She studies vocal technique and performance coaching under Dan Hamill himself at Dan Hamill Performance Coaching and has attended song writing workshops with The Music Industry and mentoring sessions with industry professionals Pam Sheyne and Richard Harris. Chloe started writing her first song 'Not an Ordinary Sister' when she was just 8 years old, about her life with her older sister with a disability. She then went on to write a song about the current global challenges we are all facing 'Fighting for Our Freedom', which was awarded 2nd place in the original song category for her age group at the Royal South Street Eisteddfod. Chloe released her first two songs earlier this year, which are streaming on all major platforms and they have also been nominated for the 2021 Funky Kids Radio Song of the Year.
