Carol Campbell-Fullard was born in London, England to Jamaican parents who immigrated to New York City where she grew up. She has served as an educator for over 20 years. Her experience has spanned from teaching in the classroom to being a middle school principal.
Beyond the practical experiences garnered in public education, she is the CEO and Founder of I Am My Pieces LLC. Her company offers personal and professional transformational coaching. She received her Bachelors from Ithaca College and Masters from both CUNY Lehman College in New York and Georgetown University.

She is a co-author of Amazon Best Selling's newly released book, Unmute Yourself, and is currently working on a companion guided journal, Tap to Unmute that will be released in 2021.
