Contender Vergil Ortiz returns to the ring in a Vegas junior middleweight main event, a featherweight world title fight in New Mexico, the latest on whether Canelo and Terence Crawford are fighting, some Roy Jones nostalgia and more are part of the newest "Big Fight Weekend Preview Podcast."

They talk first about Ortiz battling Serhii Bohachuck in a 12 round Golden Boy Boxing main event for the WBC "interim" junior middleweight title. Will Ortiz continue his KO streak that began in the welterweight ranks or will Bohachuk get the biggest win of his career? Next, it's the Top Rank main event in Albuquerque, NM, as Luis Alberto Lopez defends his IBF featherweight title against former local fighter Angelo Leo in the 12 round main event. Lopez, who's already beaten British fighter Josh Warrington in England and prominent Irish fighter Michael Conlan in his home country, won't be intimidated. Will Leo put up a good challenge or will the veteran Mexican win again?

Then, there's news on the latest on how apparently, Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford, aren't fighting, despite how much money would be involved for both. And, more importantly, Canelo is now readying to fight unbeaten Edgar Berlanga next month and held two press conferences this week. T.J. and Dan give thoughts on it all, Dan has news on the Canelo undercard and other news on upcoming fights involving Tim Tszyu for September and David Benavidez later this year.

Finally, some outstanding anniversary nostalgia on Roy Jones avenging his first loss (by a DQ) with a booming KO in 1997 in a memorable moment in his hall of fame career. And, Dan commemorates another title KO in 2004 that saw Diego Corrales TKO Popo Freitas in a dramatic turnaround of a fighting that he was losing.
