What if we set an intention for peace and balance this year? it CAN be different, I promise you! You may still be up at 2 am putting together a bicycle - but it can be fun and enjoyable not stressful to the max. Balance is finding the right mix of your priorities and saying a firm NO to anything that isn't important. I give you permission to say NO! It's OK.
