We all experience times of transition in our lives. Some are chosen and some are thrust upon us. It can be from a cancer diagnosis, or simply watching our kids grow up and move out. Sometimes divorce, loss of a loved one or choosing to retire can leave us feeling empty. Some transitions we see as positive but sometimes they feel negative. Often referred to as "the new normal," we find ourselves struggling with change rather than accepting it for what it is, simply a new direction.
