The Heart chakra is the energy centre that connects the lower chakras and the higher ones. This connection helps to bring alignment to our entire being. It may seem de-stabilising for a short moment, but you will regain your balance fast enough. Lots of dark emotions will also be toss out, so if you feel dense in your heart area, just surrender and let go. The cleansing that comes with this sound healing will be helpful.
