The federal member for Barker including Truro in the northern Barossa Valley (pictured left with state Liberal MP for Schubert, including Truro, Ashton Hurn) says he's disappointed to learn there is no plan for the Sturt Highway bypass at Truro to be built at first instance as a dual carriageway to handle freight.
