For the 97th interview episode of The Robby Row Show Baseball Podcast I’ll be talking with TJ Rivera and Brett Rodriguez about all things hitting approach from the physical and mental side. Both TJ and Brett are on my winterball team here in Puerto Rico so I decided it would be cool to hit the record button on a recent road trip and talk some shop. This episode is packed with quality nuggets for not just hitters but any athlete who is looking to get an edge by incorporating specific practices that can better equip you to perform when it matters.

A really cool aspect of this conversation is the difference in experience between TJ and Brett. TJ has been playing professional baseball for the last decade with experience at the Big League level as well as getting to play in the World Baseball Classic for team Puerto Rico. Brett, on the other hand, is just getting his first taste of professional baseball here in Puerto Rico as he was just in College at Wofford last year. It’s actually really impressive to hear the attention to detail in these two guys and their level of commitment to their craft.
