They may be doing free coaching for a while but struggle to get enough people to actually pay. Or they may even struggle to get free clients.

This happens for a few simple reasons.

The new coach may not have the marketing and sales know-how required to get a person to open up their wallet and pay. Or they’ve taken marketing courses but somehow they aren’t able to translate what they learn into creating paying customers.

The result is that time passes and money is lost.

Every day without a paying client is a lost day of earning. And unfortunately, you can’t get these lost earnings back. But more importantly, you miss out on the pride that comes with making progress in your business.

What you want is the first paid client.

Then you want them to come in a steady stream. As they drip, drip into your business, your pride will grow as will your bank account. You’ll finally feel like you’re succeeding in the business side of being a coach. And that success translates into true coaching success. We often don’t feel like a coach unless we are coaching, right?

The purpose of this site.

I created this site because I’ve seen and experienced the power of coaching. A good coaching relationship can get you to take the challenging actions that will create progress in your life and business. Coaching can help you do the things you know are important but you never get around to doing.

Coaching can help you discover more of your potential as a human being. Coaching can touch all aspects of your life. And when you coach, you can give people the gift of accomplishing what few people can accomplish on their own. My purpose is to help you do that by making sure you get paid well for what you do.

I can help you in two ways.

The first is by actually coaching you. However, I don’t want you to sign up as a client just yet. If that sounds strange or even untrue, wait until you hear why. It’s because I want you to read my articles first which is the other way I can help. I want you to get a feel for my unique approach. I want you to buy into my Rapid Action Philosophy which states that we get our first clients before we have all our ducks in a row. We act before we feel ready. I only want clients who are ready for this kind of rapid action.
