This week Rachel and Andy go deep on music. We talk a lot about what's going on with The Secret Lives. Rachel does her best to recap UFC 247 Jones Vs. Reyes. Andy talks about how it feels to do facebook livestreams, as well as bombing during gigs. We both talk a little more about fitness and our KETO progress, as well as how good the results feel.
