To celebrate Kat's 20th consecutive blog post, she decided to create a special video version of her article: "The Why Of The What" .
Now more than ever it's important that we look beyond WHAT is happening to discover WHY it's happening. Don't know about you, but Kat's interested in the heart, mind and motivation behind any action, including her own. Perhaps it may even matter more than the actual action?
