Today I have my partner, David Wood, on the podcast talking about his experience this past month since leaving his 9-5 job and now working for himself. We discuss what it challenges came with preparing for such a big life change, his current worries, and his mindset right now while he moves through this transition.
I was so looking forward to this conversation because I think for so many of us, once we finally "get" something we've so longed to achieve- there's often a discomfort that follows in the space of what was before what is now can feel comfortable. Perhaps it's just that simple. Maybe it's also because getting what you want is rarely an outside change, but more of an inner change and transformation.
I think this would be a valuable listen to anyone who's experiencing some kind of change in their life- which hey, isn't that most of us?
