The Philadelphia 76’ers are a fun team to watch as they’ve been dominating the Eastern Conference. Joel Embiid & Co. have been putting on a show night after night in what has become an exciting Sixers season. This week, Sean Barnard from Heavy on Sports (heavy.com) joined for a look at this team and how they’ll remain a dominant force in the East.
But first, we reflected on the Sixers and Nets game from this past week. Embiid and the Sixers owned Ben Simmons and then some! (approx. 3:30)
We then took a look back at our NFL predictions before the season started; where we were right, and where we were dead wrong. (approx. 9:20)
From there, we dove into a discussion about how Scott Rolen is the sole entrant into the Baseball Hall of Fame this year. The baseball writers’ and their relationship with the steroid era of baseball is getting exhausting. (approx. 30:15)
What we threw down on the Table this week was a great, in-depth discussion with Sean Barnard from Heavy on Sports about this Sixers team and what we’ve been seeing on the court. James Harden’s resurgence is welcomed. Shake Milton and Georges Niang have been great role players. What might happen with this team at the trade deadline? Plus much more this week on the Table! (approx. 43:45)
