I really enjoy this podcast, I feel that sometimes I try my best to always be happy and not negative by meditating and doing self reiki but I find that sometimes the more I try to be positive the more challenges I get in my life. I laugh most of the time but now I understand that negative means good. Thank you Jimmy 😊
