Welcome back to Jamiea’s Bedtime Stories. Tonight’s story comes from my book, The Pain Keeps Us Trapped.
This one is called The Person Within. It follows the journey of a young girl who grows up in the shadow of her mother’s addiction. She suffers deeply, but within her is a strength she doesn’t yet know she has. Over time, she finds the courage to rise above the pain, fight back, and free herself from the chains of the life her mother’s choices created.
