Garin is an experienced Organisation Development and Design consultant with almost two decades of expertise working with senior leaders and their teams to help them achieve their strategic goals.
Garin is not only an experienced consultant but also a regular speaker and writer. He is HR Zone's OD columnist, and is busy working towards the release of his first book on decision-making early next year.
He's driven change in prominent organisations in Shanghai, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and London His works across diverse sectors, including finance, clean energy, space technology and national charities.
Together with Dani Bacon, he co-founded Distinction Business Consulting. They share a common mission: to elevate the importance of Organisation Development. They firmly believe that adopting an OD mindset significantly transforms the quality of organisational decision-making.
