Kouri Richins, the Utah mom who is accused of killing her husband by slipping him a fatal dose of fentanyl in his moscow mule drink has had a seizure in jail. According to reports she was given the wrong medication and it caused her to have a seizure. While she was getting medical treatment, guards tossed her cell and found a letter that they say is evidence of witness tampering. Meanwhile, the judge in the case has pushed by the proceedings until November after the defense asked for more time.
Richins faces murder charges as well as posession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.
