Just as Mary gave birth to Christ, each of us is capable of saying "yes" to a similar experience. The "sacred delivery room" represents the present moment, where we can choose to release grievances, judgments, and ego based fears, making room for the Presence of Christ within. When we forgive ourselves and others, we are in essence allowing the Christ to be "born" again in our awareness, replacing the belief in separation with the light of Unity and Love. The ACIM quote "Peace rests gently on forgiving eyes" evokes the serene grace that softens the gaze of those who have let go of grievances, filling their vision with a tranquil clarity.

Forgiving eyes hold a quiet purity, seeing beyond appearances into the soul of things, recognizing only innocence and beauty. They are eyes that have learned to look past error - no longer condemning or making illusions real. In their gaze, peace rests like dawn’s first light on still waters, revealing a vision of beauty, where nothing is lacking and everything and everyone belongs. And in this quiet sanctuary,, forgiveness and peace become as inseparable as the sky and sea at the horizon, boundless and unchanging.
