I know it sounds like a cliche but the year seemed to fly by and now we are just a few days away from doing it all over again. New Years is much more than partying and drinking with friends and watching a ball drop in Time Square. The origins actually date back 4000 years ago. But why do we celebrate New Years? What is its significance? What is the reason for celebrating on December 31?
