we need to operate from a position of strength....we have to grow, produce, manufacture ALL OF IT. Then if we import we do it as a favor, NOT because we need it.

the question is....do we HAVE to buy necessities from other countries when we can produce it ourselves? Why do we? Because we're willing to buy goods from countries that use child labor, don't employ safety or environmental tech, cheaper because we're determined to allow unions to charge beyond their value.

Left is spinning a "Trump at fault for Ukraine" thing now....claiming he kept them from getting weapons for 3 months & sent Guiliani to threaten. Heard a Fiona Hill report (a real Lefty) claim it....but there was no delay as Ukraine hadn't used up its previous $ from us.

still wondering why we don't produce & process our own raw materials for all of this.....between lack of manufacturing & lack of processing our natural resources we put ourselves in a position of weakness, worldwide

Yes debra, though there's a way for livestock to be self sufficient. The issue is it changes the way people farm
