There is a concept called dualistic thinking that has to do with categorizing things in one of two ways, this OR that: as in good or bad, like or dislike, right or wrong. However, most of us have grappled with situations where the answer was more nuanced than a simple yes or no, where weve processed emotions that were more complicated than good or bad, and where the line between right and wrong was blurred. Why? Because humans are very complex. In this show well be talking about the difference between dualistic and complex thinking. We will explore how learning to use our minds in more nuanced ways can be both a gift and a challenge.
