Radar Online recently lost a long-running lawsuit against the FBI over its failure to release documents related to Jeffrey Epstein following a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The case, Radar Online LLC v. FBI, was decided by Judge Paul G. Gardephe in the Southern District of New York.
