The Father Of Lies

“You shall not surely die!"
God has spoken a lie.
You shall not suffer and have any pain.
You don't have to sacrifice in order to gain.

It doesn't matter how you behave;
“Once saved, always saved."
You can gossip, curse, and drink in bars.
Heaven will accept you as you are.

Don’t worry about a little leaven!
Everybody dies and goes to heaven.
As a matter of fact,
There is no God, there is no hell;
So enjoy yourselves!

If you don’t wanna go to church,
Stay at home! What will it hurt?
Relax! Slow down! You got plenty of time.
Procrastination.......that ain't no crime!

The devil, he's just a myth.
He isn't real! He don't exist!
My feelings for you are very strong.
Sex before marriage......that ain't wrong!

No one tells me what to do.
I don’t need any advice from you or you!
I’m doing just fine by myself!
I can buy what I want with my wealth.

My parents just don’t understand!

Satan roams as a roaring lion.
He searches for the spiritually weak;
Souls he knows he can easily defeat.

Satan understands the nature of man;
The narcissistic nature that breaks God's
commands.

Moses struck when God said speak.
I told my child don't cross that street!
They both knew right, yet they disobeyed.
They chose to do it their way!

Of course there is a price to pay.
We must stand before God one day.
God hears and sees all that we do.
He knows our level of understanding too.

When God says “yes” then it’s right.
When God says “no” don’t stubbornly fight!

Satan tries to pervert God’s will.
He’ll say “you’re sick” when God says "you're healed".
He’ll tell you to move when God says “Be still."
He’ll convince you to lie, to cheat, and to kill!

Jesus calls him the "Father of lies."
Behind the good is where he likes to hide.
He draws his victims with beautiful things,
And then destroys them with his evil sting!

Be vigilant and Be aware!
Guard your soul like a momma bear!
It may look and sound as if it’s right;
Satan can appear as an “angel of light".
