A child being beat or raped is not God's doing. But anyone that does that will be punished. But to say that God can not stop means that he is not in control. You or I do not know why God allows some crimes. But when someone commits these crimes, they will not go unpunished. But to say that God can not stop some man of woman means that he is not truly God. I don't claim to know why he does everything. But I can tell the Bible clearly teaches that he is all powerful. Why did he allow the saints to be tortued?

Anthony just because bad things happen it does not mean God did it. Bad things happen because of sin. Just like he allowed his Son to be cricufied. Could he have stopped it?

a child getting beat, raped, then killed has absolutely nothing to do with Christ deciding this fate for the child. This is why Salvation and Wisdom is so important to prevent things like this. It's not like God has a desk and anything that happens had to get His approved say.
