Amorphis is a legendary Finnish metal act and one I've dreamt about hosting for a long time.

When a business contact of mine told me it was possible to snag a chat, well I pretty much went bonkers. Then, I went more bonkers when I found the only times available were when I already had a week's bookings in place. I cannot exaggerate the level of bummed I felt at that moment.

Then, just last week, I got another call letting me know that I could interview Olli, but it would have be super early, so I did my best Bryant Gumble impression, got up at 4am, and made it happen. I mean, this is Amorphis people. We do what we have to.

Since the opportunity was very short, let's get right into the thick of it. This is my interview with Olli-Pekka Laine, the bass god of Amorphis, on Rockstar Superhero.
