The Los Angeles Mirror reported, Over 100 individuals have come forward, claiming that the suspect bears a resemblance to someone they are familiar with or have encountered. On July 2, 1960, 35-year-old Noble Harper was apprehended after being observed bouncing a rubber ball outside a market. However, he was released the following day due to insufficient evidence linking him to the crime.
