In episode 9 of telling their stories, former McGill football athlete and Masters student, Charles-Antoine Sinotte from Trois-Rivieres in Quebec, shares the challenges and frustrations he had at McGill and how those experiences benefited him now in the sport media realm that he now works in.

He also gives gives some practical tips and tools from his Sport Psychology Masters on how to train your body both physically and mentally to handle adversity and stress.
