He explores how human cells function as a community of 30 trillion cells coordinated by the brain, with disharmony leading to autoimmune conditions. He explains how 95% of human behavior is controlled by subconscious programs downloaded from parents and environment during early childhood, particularly through theta brain state hypnosis. He described three ways to change these programs: using self-hypnosis with earbuds during theta state while falling asleep, practicing new behaviors through repetition after age 7, and leveraging necessity as a driver for change.
