“Pre-pandemic, these items would easily have been on the table,” said Debra. “I started feeling high maintenance for making the servers go back and forth to the kitchen when they already are enduring enough stress with health restrictions and safety guidelines. So, I started packing a pencil-sized pouch with items every time I went out to eat. My friends started noticing and thought it was a pretty clever idea. That’s how Patio Pack was born!”
