Susan graduated from West Virginia University with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the NSCA. She grew up playing sports and found a passion for training at a very young age. She currently holds the position of Creative Marketing Director at the fitness center at Hearst in New York City and spends much of her time there partnering with fitness and wellness brands and making fun projects happen. Outside of Hearst, she coaches others wanting to improve their fitness and continues to build the Gym Crasher brand. When she's not working out, she's either reading, talking or thinking about working out.
