Welcome to episode 20... Thank you for being here!
I got to sit down (virtually) with Angela for this episode to talk about her unexpected, heartbreaking but heroing journey with Central Neurocytoma, a rare brain tumor.
"Hi everyone! My name is Angela Murphy, formerly Angela Pandolfi. I am a recent Central Neurocytoma survivor, after a very intense few months of hospital stays and surgeries. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by an amazing support system, including family, friends, and co-workers. Outside of work & endless doctor appointments, I love to be outdoors, go to the gym, and read! I’d be considered your typical “Type A” personality. A major impact on my life and how I was able to get through everything this last year was maintaining a positive outlook and making sure to take care of myself the best I could, whether it’s eating healthy, working out, or socializing with those who mean the most to me."
Thank you SO much, Angela. I enjoyed hearing about your story and I'm so inspired by your positivity. You're a rockstar and much, much more.
As always, thank you for listening - Don't forget to support the podcast by following, rating, and sharing! :)
