🏆Super Bowl week is here! All throughout the week players, coaches, and fans all over the world will be preparing for the big game. Both teams in the Super Bowl must have a high level of Self-Discipline & Concentration in order to achieve success.
They must ask themselves questions such as:
✅Do I have well-defined goals?
✅Am I prepared to adjust tactics in key moments?
✅Do I possess tools that will keep me in the present moment?
Even for those watching the game at home, be aware of your "S & C" Levels. Now, ask yourself these questions (if applicable):
1️⃣ Do I have well-defined goals for my Super Bowl party?
2️⃣ Am I prepared to adjust if adversity strikes?
3️⃣ Do I posses tools that will keep my party in the Zone?
