Can their common ground and friendship spark better conversations between parties? That's their hope as Allman and Diamond are willing to put their reputations on the line and risk the love of their dedicated fan bases, in order to challenge others to see past "labels", and forge deeper connections. They will take on the major issues, of course, but first, they will learn about one another. Isn't that what we as humans should be doing first, before we decide to make judgements? Perhaps then, we can begin to communicate and listen, value and compromise for real solutions. Can we still be individuals, yet united as one whole?
