Power outage in Kirkwood area nearly kept the show from happening today, but with the help of Jim Heuer we hit the airwaves a bit after 9AM. Tom, Ted, Russell and Daniel Esteve (Fox 2/KPLR11) in studio. Tom's power still out in Glendale.
