Today's episode will discuss the importance of sunscreen for people of color. There is a misconception in the aesthetic community that darker skin tones are not in need of additional protection. While that may appear to be logical, those are false claims. UVA and UVB rays contribute to a majority of damage to the skin if left unprotected. Whether it's physical or chemical sunscreen, at the end of the day, protection is the key to ultimate skin health.
