Well not everyone needs to join, but for those who are fully engaged and active in the network, it has proven to be a very helpful tool in their career. And one myth is that it's only for women and that was debunked. Guess what else.. this is one the oldest organizational of the National Association of Realtors and has a rich history of supporting women who choose real estate as a career.
