There are times in life when we feel like we are a ‘nobody’ until we work hard enough to achieve our dreams and goals and become a ‘somebody.’ What if we told you that you are already somebody? Not only are born somebody, but you are also a special and amazing somebody! And as awesome as this is, being a nobody is even better!
Being a somebody is hard work, but it is necessary in order to create a life that you desire and are at peace with. But there comes a point when the upward climb, performance motivation, to becoming a somebody reaches its peak and then you find yourself holding steady, which is maintenance motivation. And once you have maintained for a while, then you are ready to surrender and receive the gift of becoming nobody.
It is here to you do not feel like you must prove anything to anyone. You are content with who you are and how you flow through life. When you are nobody, you are confident in what you know and are willing to admit what you do not know. You listen more and lead less. When you are nobody, you relax and find a certain joy in life instead of trying to force it.
We are often taught that being a ‘nobody’ is a bad thing. We believe the opposite is true and cannot to share with you why we believe what we believe. So, grab a friend and join in as we talk about the gift of becoming Nobody!
