Craig is a startup founder, advisor, mentor, investor, board member, teacher and keynote speaker.

He is one of the co-founders of Sendle, a technology startup twice recognised by the AFR as one of Australia's Top 10 Most Innovative Companies.

Sendle has been growing very fast since 2015 through a commitment to remarkable customer experience, values-driven culture, innovation, and service, is Australia's first certified technology B Corp, and is Australia's and the US's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service.

Craig currently invests in early-stage companies (~35 so far), advising KPMG's High Growth Ventures, teaching as Adjunct Professor at UTS Business School, mentoring, and partnering at the Startmate accelerator program, and teaching Google's 'Search Inside Yourself' Leadership Program.

In 2020, he started Upside Founder Programs to help startup founders in the Series A to Series B growth stage develop the skills to optimise themselves, their teams and their business.
