Guilt demands punishment. Guilt keeps us blind. Guilt keeps us bound to the past and repeating the future to be like the past.
The antidote to all this is ACCEPTING OUR INNOCENCE. We are NOT guilty, bad, shameful, in trouble, or have punishment coming our way because God doesn't see any of that. God only loves us perfectly forever and sees us as his most valued treasure. We can do no wrong in his loving eyes. The sooner we forgive ourselves and others, the sooner we can feel free and so happy!
