... Jason Bryant goes one-on-one with Limestone College head wrestling coach Trent Goodale as he prepares his girlfriend, Sara McMann, for her upcoming UFC women's bantamweight championship fight against Ronda Rousey.

Goodale is balancing being a wrestling coach with a large roster with helping prepare McMann for MMA as well as being a father to their four-year-old daughter. Goodale talks about the balancing act, McMann's path upward in Mixed Martial Arts and some strategy for the big event.
