His journey took him through esteemed institutions such as Florida State University, Louisiana State University, Nova Southeastern University, University of Southern Mississippi, Mercer University, Arkansas State University, and Liberty University.
Throughout his career, Coach Stevens has had the honor of training numerous male and female teams, paving the way for countless professional athletes. His own experience as a Division II collegiate baseball player at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL, adds a unique perspective to his coaching philosophy. Furthermore, he holds a Masters degree in Athletic Administration from Nova Southeastern University, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning.
