There is no denying that one can feel the spirit of giving amongst the Omron community stakeholders and employees. The company seems to attract a type of individual that leaps at the opportunity to leave a social impact which is true to the company's 9 decade long ethos.

In this episode of Shaping the Future we explore Omron’s culture of “Paying it Forward”. The Month of May is Founders Month, and Mr. Jim Eberhardt, President and Chief Operating Officer of Omron Management Center of America looks back on 31 years of service at Omron both Financially and particularly Socially via the many volunteering programs established, refined and expanded at the company.

After the increase in remote work after the Covid Pandemic Jim explains the successful adaptation of their volunteering programs to accommodate the shift and talks about the many wonderful policies the company has for employees looking to give back via the Omron Foundation with paid volunteering and matching contribution programs.
