Dola Williams is the founder and executive director of ICanSir!, a faith-based organization dedicated to empowering African American women in their battle against breast cancer. A breast cancer thriver since 2016, Dola created ICanSir! to provide prevention tools, education, and support for women making critical health decisions. Her journey of overcoming adversity inspired the organization's name, emphasizing the message of "I Can" in the face of challenges.

In addition to her leadership at ICanSir!, Dola is also a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Kansas' Center for Community Health and Development, where she supports various youth development and violence prevention initiatives. Her extensive experience includes capacity-building training and community engagement with grassroots organizations in Kansas City
