Erica Andrade is the President and CEO of El Centro, Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Kansas City, Kansas, that focuses on strengthening communities and improving the lives of Latinos and others through educational, social, and economic opportunities. She took over the role on July 1, 2023, after serving the organization in various capacities since 2001, including as Chief Program Officer.

Erica was born in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas and is the proud daughter of an immigrant mother from Guanajuato, Mexico. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Throughout her career, Erica has been deeply involved in advocating for equitable access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities for the Latino community .
