Last week, we discussed self-care during cancer treatment with our guest Cathy Leman. We focused primarily on nutrition. This week, we will focus on exercise and other examples of self-care such as: Social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and relational. When Cathy was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014, her trusted self-care practices were put to the test. Cathy credits them for her positive outcomes and the maintenance of her physical and mental health.
