Dana Fisher is Professor at American University and Non-Resident Fellow at the Brookings Institution, among other titles. She joins us to talk about her latest book, Saving Ourselves: From Climate Shocks to Climate Action. We talk about shocks to the climate, how that turns into activism, how that turns into policy, or how that fails to happen.
